What is or what was yyour emotional and mental status when you left the organization? Were you depressed, anxious, have panic attacks, sleepless nights, nightmares, suicidal thoughts?  If this is to personal, please do not answer it "publicly"!

That one thing i don't understand why so many people suicidal? So stupid will that solve the problem. When i heard this i feel sad and why can't they face it and move as human.

Many are forced into that position! It depends on what position you're truly in!  I don't think anyone can honestly say they would not think about suicide if in the circumstance that they could not handle!

Thats the truth and many are put in that position and can find no other way out. Just too much pain.
